Network Expertise
Members will be able to share the expertise, experience and practical skills they can contribute, so we can begin to see what becomes possible together.
A GLOBAL PROBLEM-SOLVING NETWORK FOR WOMEN.
What happens when women bring what they know, who they know and what they can do to the problems we keep being told to live with? We’re building a global problem-solving network to turn that possibility into meaningful change.
HEAL · REBEL · CHANGE THE WORLD

01 / THE MOVEMENT
We have spent enough time adapting to rules and systems that make life harder than it needs to be, while so much of what women know and can do goes unused.
Rebel Healing The World Association is becoming a global problem-solving network for women who want to use their expertise, experience, influence, skills, knowledge and connections to create meaningful change.
Perhaps you understand how a system works, know your community inside out, can research a repeated problem, communicate an idea or turn a good intention into something that actually happens. Professional expertise and lived experience both have a place here, alongside practical ability, useful connections and access that could help move something forward.
You do not need a particular title. You do need something you are willing to bring.
02 / WHAT CHANGE CAN LOOK LIKE
Think globally. Solve specifically. A recurring gap, a broken process or an outdated policy can give us somewhere useful to begin, with the potential to make life better beyond one person’s experience.
FROM A REPEATED PROBLEM TO A BETTER WAY
When similar experiences point to a recurring gap in education, healthcare or community life, we can look beyond the individual case: gather evidence, question an outdated policy or develop a practical resource that others can use.
Possibilities to explore together, rather than a fixed list of projects.
We are here to change what is broken, not mobilise against individuals.
Personal experience can reveal a wider problem worth changing. It does not automatically turn a personal dispute into a network project, and personal retaliation is not what we are here for.
03 / THE NETWORK WE’RE BUILDING
We’re shaping ways to connect useful knowledge with the places it could make a difference. The model will evolve; the purpose is to make meaningful contribution easier.
Members will be able to share the expertise, experience and practical skills they can contribute, so we can begin to see what becomes possible together.
Not every question needs a campaign. Sometimes it’s “Does anyone understand the Ofsted complaints process or have a useful template?” — a chance to seek knowledge, resources or expertise already inside the network.
Members will be able to suggest broader problems or opportunities worth working on. A Change Advisory Board will help protect our purpose and consider what is appropriate to take forward, with a Vote giving members a voice in where collective effort could have meaningful impact.
Small teams may form around selected priorities, drawing on relevant expertise, experience or access. Over time, we want useful resources, outcomes and lessons to become an Impact Library, so the next woman doesn’t always have to start from zero.
Our Housekeeping Code will set clear expectations for confidentiality, respectful disagreement and conflicts of interest, and boundaries against harassment, targeting, personal vendettas and selling to members. Shared purpose leaves room for different perspectives; this is not a political or ideological echo chamber.

04 / THE REBEL ROOMS
Rebel Rooms are the local, human expression of the wider network: places where women can build relationships, share expertise and explore what meaningful change could look like where they live.
They bring people together to discuss ideas, understand real-world problems and collaborate, connecting local knowledge and action with a wider global network. These are not traditional business networking events, and there is no pitching or selling to one another.
No pitching or selling to each other. You choose what you share.
An insight, a recurring problem or an idea that could benefit others.
Combine relevant expertise and explore a practical way forward.
ROOTED LOCALLY. CONNECTED GLOBALLY.
The dream is a global problem-solving network where knowledge can travel further than any one room. Something useful created locally could be adapted elsewhere, and experience from another place could help us see a problem differently. Rebel Rooms will be one way that connection comes to life.

Think globally. Solve specifically. The network and its local connections will grow over time.
05 / FOUNDING MEMBERSHIP
Founding Membership launches 1 February 2027. We’re bringing together a considered first intake of women with useful experience, expertise and practical capability, ready to contribute to something that can grow beyond any one of us.
FOR WOMEN READY TO BE PART OF IT
This first chapter is for women who want to help build the network through what they can contribute. Caring about change matters; so does being willing to bring your knowledge, skills, experience or connections to the work of making it happen.
Founding Membership launches 1 February 2027. Membership details will be shared ahead of launch as the model takes shape.

FOR WOMEN WHO BRING PEOPLE TOGETHER
You know people with something useful to contribute, and you care about what happens after a good conversation. Hosting could be your way of helping local relationships and knowledge become part of something wider.
We’re shaping the host opportunity alongside the wider network, with room for local knowledge and different ways of bringing people together.

THE WOMAN BEHIND THE MOVEMENT
Ralu Atomei FOUNDER, REBEL HEALING THE WORLD
I spent my life watching women who were natural-born leaders sacrifice themselves and slowly fade away, taught to stay quiet, make themselves smaller and put everyone else first, while the world missed out on so much of what they could have brought to it.
Rebel Healing has always been about helping women step away from pain and towards a life that feels like their own. This is the next part of that story: building somewhere for what we know and what we can do to reach beyond our own lives.
I want to build the connections and practical foundations that let women use what they know, who they know, what they have lived through and what they can do to create change that lasts beyond them. A better process, a resource people can reuse, a gap that finally gets addressed — something real that becomes possible because the right women found each other.
It starts with you. It doesn’t end with you.
A FEW THINGS YOU MIGHT BE WONDERING
No. We’re sharing expertise, experience and practical skills to create meaningful change, rather than pitching or selling to one another. Useful connections are part of that work, not a route to treating members as potential customers.
No. This is a problem-solving network, separate from Ralu’s coaching work. It is not therapy or a support group; the shared purpose is to contribute to practical change.
No. Contribution matters more than title. Professional expertise, lived experience, research, communication, community knowledge, useful access and the ability to get things done can all be valuable. What matters is what you are willing to bring.
Members should be able to ask the network for knowledge, resources and expertise. A personal experience may also reveal a wider problem worth changing. That does not automatically make an individual dispute a network project: we are not here to mobilise members against individuals or pursue personal retaliation.
No. You might bring research skills, practical experience, a useful connection or the ability to help an idea become something people can use. You don’t need to arrive with a project of your own to make a meaningful contribution.
THE NEXT CHAPTER STARTS WITH US.
If you have something useful to bring and want to put it towards change that reaches beyond yourself, we’d love to hear from you as this founding community takes shape.
