My Philosophy

As a Somatic Trauma Informed Coach, I believe in guiding my clients towards discovering their own inner strength, resilience and wisdom. I believe everyone has the ability to create a fulfilling and meaningful life, and I am here to help you achieve that.

My Experience

I am an internationally certified Somatic Trauma Informed Coach with a focus on embodiment, personal breakthrough transformation coaching, EFT Energy tapping, art therapy and other tools that can support you on your healing journey. I have helped women break free from past trauma related to abusive relationships (emotional, physical, sexual, financial abuse - addict or narcissistic partner or parent), step away from anger and anxiety and regain control of their emotions and new life.

Who I support
