What looks contradictory from the outside can be entirely coherent from the inside.
The question is whether you can see the pattern that makes it so.
A way of seeing
The behaviour is only the part you can see.
Overthinking can look like a lack of confidence. It may also be an attempt to anticipate every possible objection before anyone has the chance to make one.
People-pleasing can look like indecision. It may be an extraordinarily well-practised way of keeping connection.
These are possibilities to examine, not explanations to impose. Pattern Brilliance is my way of noticing the links between what you do, what you have learnt and the conditions in which it made sense.

Being able to explain a pattern does not automatically give you the capacity to act outside it. The body, your relationships and the structure of your life are part of the conversation too.
